Open a web browser on Mac and go to the WhatsApp website. Or launch WhatsApp Desktop for macOS or a third-party WhatsApp enabled app.

Step 1. Open WhatsApp on iPhone .

Step 2. Select Settings .

Step 3. Select WhatsApp Web / Desktop .

Step 4. Click the blue Link a Device button .

5. Grab your iPhone's camera to scan the QR code displayed on the WhatsApp website or in the app you are using.

Once the QR code scan is finished, the sync is complete, you can see all your iPhone conversations have appeared on your Mac computer. You can also send and receive messages and all other tasks just as you would on an iPhone.

How to remove WhatsApp on Mac

You can remove your WhatsApp account from the computer you are using by following these steps.

Step 1. Open WhatsApp on iPhone .

Step 2. Select Settings .

Step 3. Select WhatsApp Web / Desktop .

Step 4. In the Device Status section , select the web browser or application you connected to the account earlier.

Step 5. Click Log Out .

Now you can remove your account from your computer, no one will be able to access and use your WhatsApp account afterwards.
