The beta version of Windows 8 will appear in September
The Winrumors site reported that Microsoft is about to complete the Milestone 2 phase in its plan to develop a new generation operating system for PC and is expected to release beta within 7 months.

The stages of Windows operating system development often go through steps Milestone 1, 2, 3 and then switch to beta , RC , RTM and then come to the official version for consumers. The Milestone 3 phase begins next month and is expected to be completed in 3 months. The first beta will be released by Microsoft this summer.
