The American family panicked with bills of more than 300 million Internet money when returning home after a trip to Vietnam

Chung's family, who lives in San Joe (USA), came to Vietnam to travel and when they returned, they were horrified when they received the data bill from T-Mobile with a total of over 13,000USD (more 303 million VND. Although in the process of traveling, Chung's family agreed that their iPhones must be switched to airplane mode to avoid Internet data roaming charges.

And the reason for Chung's family's data bill was that his son Nicholas Chung played the game offline on his iPhone during a flight to Vietnam even though he never used the network.

Apple has warned users, enabling flight mode is unavoidable that some applications and services will automatically use mobile data when Wi-Fi connection is not available and charged. In order not to lose money without knowing it, users must turn off mobile data usage.

Nicholas's mother contacted T-Mobile and the KGO investigation team, Chung's family was exempted from all expenses.
