1. The cause of the error
The cause of the error may be due to:

2. Delete the application cache

4. Delete Google Play Services data

First go to Settings => Apps => Google Play Services . On the App info page, find and click Manage space button .

5. Reset application options

6. Perform Hard Reset to Android device

7. Reinstall specific applications
If the error still occurs, then you should uninstall the application that caused the error, then proceed to download and reinstall the application and check whether the error has been fixed.
Make sure you have backed up the data before uninstalling the Android app.
8. Update Android application
To update the Android application, follow the steps below:
1. Go to Google Play Store.
2. Click on the 3 row line icon in the left pane of your Android phone.
3. Click My Apps .
4. Finally, click and update the application that caused the error on your Android device.
