Speed up Microsoft Outlook 2007
Outlook 2007 (also known as Outlook 12) is not like the 'elder' 2003 in terms of processing speed by integrating too many utilities. So if you are used to the 2003 version and have updated to the 2007 version, it is too annoying.

Tip 1: Remove the Microsoft Outlook 2007 RSS feature
Outlook's RSS feed feature is added in quick news updates for users. But this feature significantly reduces the ability of MO 2007 processing. To remove this feature, you can do it by the following simple method:
Click menu Tools > Options . Then select the Other tab, then go to Advanced Options . Then, uncheck the Sync RSS feed to the Common Feed List . Click OK 2 times to complete. Then, select again on Tools > Options . Select the Mail Setup tab, click Data Files > RSS Feeds . Then, hold down the Shift key, select all the Feeds . Click Remove to finish.
In addition to Feeds fetching via RSS, Outlook's built-in Add-ons also cause . slow Outlook. The integration of Outlook with Add in makes users more convenient to use. However, not everyone needs to use it. Therefore, you can remove non-critical Add Printers so that you can open and use Microsoft Outlook quickly.
You can remove the unused Add in via the Tools > Trust Center > Add ins menu. Then, select Go . in the bottom corner and uncheck the Outlook Addins . The Add ins you can remove include GoogleDesktop , iTunes Add-in , Acrobat PDF Maker , Mindjet Mindmanager .
Note : Add ins Windows Search Indexing must be retained.
