If you try the above but still don't solve the problem, you should boot into recovery mode:
- Connect your iPhone to a Mac or PC that has iTunes installed with a USB cable.
- Follow the steps above but keep the power button even if you have seen the Apple logo appear.
- You will see the Connect to iTunes screen appear after a few seconds. Exit the power button and launch iTunes.
- iTunes will tell you the problem with the iPhone. You can choose Update or Restore to fix the problem.
