New Features from Office Insider Preview Build for Mac
Office Insider Preview v16.56 (21120200) build is now available on the Preview channel for Mac users, bringing with it a number of important changes, including improved privacy while screen sharing and more.
In the context of online meeting applications such as Microsoft Teams becoming increasingly popular, the risk of private Office documents being exposed when users share their screens with everyone, Microsoft has released the Office Insider Preview build.
New features from Office Insider Preview build
To avoid the risk of private Office documents being exposed when users share their screens with others, Microsoft has added new improvements to improve the privacy of Word , Excel , and PowerPoint documents , including blocking connected users from taking screenshots of "sensitive" documents, in the latest Office build.
Accessibility improvements:
Along with that, the new Office update for Mac users also brings new accessibility improvements to the PowerPoint application. Specifically, the new PowerPoint version has added the Accessibility Ribbon, helping users to access accessibility features in documents more easily.
To access and open this new Accessibility Ribbon, simply click Check Accessibility on the Review tab .
