Having used Windows for a long time, many of us may not know that Microsoft has a website specializing in introducing and storing wallpapers, where you can access and download many beautiful wallpaper packages as well as many other content related to design - interface.
The microsoft.design/wallpapers website hosts a number of wallpaper collections, and it's just added a new collection that's designed to give your Windows PC a fresh new look in 2025. The new collection, called "Fluid Textures," was created in collaboration with George Stoyanov, a renowned 3D designer who's helped other major tech companies launch wallpaper sets, including Xiaomi and Apple. Fluid Textures features a number of abstract-focused wallpapers, featuring "soft florals, fluid textures, and highlighted organic shapes."
Each wallpaper is available in dark and light versions. If you want Windows to automatically switch wallpapers based on a schedule or sunset/sunrise times, you can use free apps like Windows Auto Dark Theme or WinDynamicDesktop—Windows 11 doesn't yet have a built-in feature to change your wallpaper/system theme based on set times, so you'll need to use third-party software.
Here are some of the featured wallpapers in the collection:
