Microsoft released a new Windows 10 update
Windows 10X is really gone, but Microsoft seems to be keen to implement its good points on Windows 10.
From May 18, Microsoft started sending Windows 10 updates to users. This time, it does not bring many new features but focuses on improving quality.
The new Action Center looks a lot like what came before. It does, however, have a draggable Gripper. If you've ever seen little 'handles' on a mobile app that let you resize something, it's the same idea. You can also open the Action Center by swiping in from the right, very quickly to see notifications or toggle features through the settings.
Not only that, this hidden update also brings some rounded UI corners. Rounded corners are a sign of the new Sun Valley enhancement, so it looks like Microsoft wants to continue rolling out these UI tweaks to testers before improving.
After the introduction of Windows 10 in 2015, Microsoft spent the last few years adding new tools such as 3D image sketches, filters, etc. There are two upgrades each year, while Apple's MacOS and Google Android only have one. .
Microsoft slowed down development in 2019 when it released a normal update in the first half of this year and the next version in the second half of the year focusing on performance. In 2020, when it officially stopped supporting Windows 7, Microsoft repeated this strategy. The May Update (21H1) is also quality-centric.
