It's also quite surprising that Windows users are happy to use the OS to only run applications on Microsoft Store. But with the new strategy of Microsoft, there will be more and more machines enabled S Mode when users buy new.

Windows 10 Home will turn off S Mode for free, but anyone using Windows 10 Pro will have to pay a fee of $ 49 to use the full version of Windows 10 Pro.

This is a rather risky strategy and needs to be explained thoroughly by Microsoft and their related partners. Users of Windows 10 Pro versions may be dissatisfied and choose more advanced devices. It also depends on whether OEMs have S Mode enabled on the device.
