Instructions to open full screen Google Meet on phone, computer

Google Meet supports the option to zoom in or out of the classroom and meeting window on both phones and computers. This makes it easier for you to follow the content.

1. How to open Google Meet full screen on your phone

Step 1 : Open the Google Meet app on your phone, join any meeting/class.

If you haven't installed Google Meet, you can download and update the latest version of Google Meet here.

- Download Google Meet for Android
- Download Google Meet for iPhone

Step 2: Click on the white square icon in the lower right corner of the screen being displayed.

The phone screen will immediately go full screen, hiding information about the meeting participants.

Step 3:  To exit full screen mode, tap the white square icon in the lower right corner of the screen again.

Note:

- If the device screen is small and the person sharing the document is using a computer, ask them to press Ctrl + to zoom in on the content.

- You can also rotate your phone screen to landscape mode to expand the display space, making it easier to track information.

2. How to open Google Meet full screen on computer

Step 1 : Open Google Meet from your computer's web browser, join any meeting.
Step 2 : Click on the three dots next to the meeting shutdown button => Select full screen (Shortcut key F11).

Step 3:  If you want to exit full screen, you can:

- Tap the three dots icon and select "Exit full screen mode".

- Use the ESC shortcut or press F11 to return to the original Google Meet screen.
