Instructions to hide likes on Threads

Because it is synchronized with the Instagram account, some settings on Threads are similar to Instagram, such as hiding likes in posts. We have the option to hide the like for each individual post you want, or to like the entire post on Threads. However, when hiding likes on all posts on Threads will need attention because it affects the Instagram account. The following article will guide you to hide likes on Threads.

How to hide Threads post likes

Step 1:

First you need to access your Threads profile page, by clicking on the profile icon in the lower left corner. Next, switch to the new interface, you find the post you want to hide likes.

We click on the 3-dot icon in the right corner of your post.

 

Step 2:

Show the option below for the post, we click Hide Likes . So this post has hidden likes on Threads.

Other people viewing this post on Threads will not see the number of likes.

How to Hide Likes on Threads for Entire Posts

Step 1:

At the personal Threads interface, click on the 2 dashes icon in the top right corner of the screen. Next, click Privacy to adjust.

 

Step 2:

Switch to the new setup interface, we click on the Hide Likes setting . Immediately you are redirected to the setup interface on your Instagram account.

So if you enable the mode to hide likes on Threads for the entire post, it will be done on Instagram and applied to Instagram accounts, so we need to be careful.

If agreeing to hide likes on Threads means hiding likes on Instagram, we just need to enable this setting.
