How to Hide Likes on Instagram

Instagram has rolled out the ability to hide likes on other people's posts or your own posts. This will help people focus on the content of the post rather than the likes. Users can choose to hide likes on Instagram for all posts from other accounts, or just hide likes on their own posts. You can hide likes and views on a post before you post it, or you can do it later. Here's how to hide likes on Instagram.

How to Hide Likes on Instagram

Step 1:

On the Instagram app interface, users click on the profile icon below. Next, click on the 2 dashes icon in the top right corner.

Step 2:

Go to the settings interface for your Instagram account, click on the Likes and Shares section . Then you will see the setting to hide the number of likes. We just need to activate this hide likes mode to hide other people's posts.

This setting also applies to Threads, posts, and Instagram Reels from other people that won't show likes.

How to Hide Instagram Likes on Your Posts

Step 1:

Tap the plus sign then tap on the photo or video to post to Instagram as usual. Then you can edit it as you like.

Step 2:

In the Instagram posting interface, scroll down and click on More options below the post. Go to the Instagram post settings interface, we will see the option to hide likes for this post for you to activate.
