How to unsubscribe from a Copilot account

Cancel your Copilot subscription via the Apple Store.

If you're signed in to Copilot on multiple devices, the device you use to cancel your subscription needs to be linked to the same Apple ID as your Copilot subscription.

On iPhone and iPad

You can access your Apple subscription through the Copilot app by going to Settings > Subscription > Manage your subscription > Manage in the App Store .

Then simply cancel your current Copilot subscription , and you're done.

Alternatively, you can cancel your subscription directly through Apple by going to Settings on your device, tapping your Apple ID account name , selecting Subscriptions > Copilot > Cancel Subscription > Confirm .

On macOS

We access Copilot Settings > Subscription > Manage your subscription and then select Cancel Subscription .

If you deleted your account before canceling your subscription, make sure you turn off automatic subscription renewal.

How to unsubscribe from Copilot Pro on Windows

We access the registration page of the Microsoft account used to sign up for Copilot, using the account that purchased the package.

Next, find your Copilot Pro subscription and select Manage . Then click on it and select Cancel to cancel the subscription.

Instructions on how to delete a Copilot account

When you delete your Copilot account, the bank account linked to the plan will be disconnected and the data will be deleted irreversibly.

We access Copilot Settings > Account > Delete .

You will then be asked if you are sure you want to delete your Copilot account; click Delete account to confirm.
