All deleted projects in Canva are saved for 30 days from the date of deletion, allowing you to restore them whenever needed. Projects created in Canva are saved in a separate management folder when deleted. Below are instructions on how to restore projects in Canva.
How to recover data on Canva
Step 1:
You access Canva with your account, then you click on the "Projects" section on the left side of the interface.
Then you click on the three horizontal lines icon to expand the menu in Canva as shown below.
Step 2:
Now, at the bottom, click on the Trash icon to access the deleted projects in Canva.
The deleted project management interface is divided into different project types. You can click on each management item to find the project you want to restore more quickly.
Step 3:
Click the three-dot icon next to the project you want to restore , then select Restore from the menu that appears. The data will immediately return to your Projects management section in Canva.
