- Visit iCloud.com and log in to your account.
- Click Contacts.
- Next, click the gear icon in the lower left corner of the screen.
- Select Import vCard .
- Use the pop-up window to browse previously downloaded files from Google Contacts.
- Finally, click Open.
Depending on the size of the VCF file, uploading and importing contacts may take several minutes. Once completed, you will see all Google contacts on the screen.
All contacts will be available in the iPhone's contacts application and any other Apple device you own.
