If the version is 19.3.11.37 16Aug16 , it means that the current driver has a keylogger. In this case, quickly download the latest driver for your laptop from the HP Support page. https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c05827409

Even if the version you are using does not stick with the keylogger, you should also update the driver if your model is listed in the list of versions with the possibility of installing another keylogger.

After updating, SynTP.sys will replace with a new version without keylogger.
