Step 3 : In the Add to archive dialog box, enter the name and click the 3 dots button to select the destination for the file you want to encrypt.
Step 4 : Select Archive Format as ZIP or 7z. In the Encryption box , select Encryption Method which is AES-256 instead of the default ZipCrypto .

Step 5 : Enter the password to protect the file and re-enter it to confirm. This is the password used to unlock the file. Users are encouraged to use at least 1 number, 1 capital letter, 1 lowercase letter and special character.
Step 6 : Click OK to complete. Based on the number of files, directories, data sizes and even computer configurations, the task completion time will vary.
