After downloading you proceed to extract the file and we will get some files as shown below. Double-click the TranslucentTB.exe file to run the application without installation.
Immediately after running the application you will see the Taskbar is converted to a translucent effect, also known as pretty pretty Blur.
However, if you want the Taskbar to be completely transparent, click on the application icon on the Taskbar and select Clear
And you can see the Taskbar is completely transparent.

First press Windows + R to open the Run dialog box then type the command 'shell: startup' and press Enter.
Now the Startup window appears, copy the TranslucentTB.exe file extracted in the previous step, then right-click the Startup window and select Paste shortcut. So every time you turn on your computer the application will run automatically and the Taskbar will have a translucent effect.
If you want the app to automatically turn on transparency, right-click the shortcut and select Properties.
Then in the new window, click at the end of the Target line, press the space and add –transparent at the end, click OK.
