Step 1:

After connecting AirPods to your iPhone, tap Settings , then tap Bluetooth and tap the i icon next to the AirPods name .

Step 2:

Next, we click on the Connect to This iPhone option which is in automatic connection mode with the iPhone.

 

Now you need to switch to When Last Connected to This iPhone mode so that AirPods no longer automatically switch to Mac or iPad.

Likewise, they won't transfer to your iPhone when you use them on your Mac or iPad.

Step 3:

On Mac, click the Apple logo in the menu bar and select System Preferences.

From the sidebar, click Bluetooth. In the list of Bluetooth devices, find your AirPods and then click the i icon next to the device name.

Next to Connect to This Mac, we click When Last Connected To This Mac.
