View Wi-Fi passwords using PowerShell

Step 1: First, press the Windows + R key combination simultaneously to open the Run dialog box, then press the powershell command , select OK to open a new window on the screen.

Step 2: Enter the syntax (netsh wlan show profiles) | Select-String ':(.+)$' | %{$name=$_.Matches.Groups[1].Value.Trim(); $_} into PowerShell .

Step 3: After you enter the syntax and press Enter , all previously accessed Wifi passwords will be fully displayed on the computer screen.

View Wi-Fi password via Command Prompt

Step 1: Go to the Search icon located in the lower left corner of the screen and type Command Prompt to open a new working dialog box.

Step 2: Then, enter the command netsh wlan show profiles to review the connected Wifi on the computer and press Enter .

Step 3: Enter the command netsh wlan show profile name='WiFi-name' key=clear to see the wifi password you are using, they will be displayed in the Key Content section.

Step 1: Press the Windows + R key combination simultaneously to open the Run dialog box .

Step 2: After the dialog box opens, enter the command ncpa.cpl in the search box and then click OK to open a new working window.

Step 3: After a new window appears as shown below, double click on the Wifi item.

Step 4: The names of the wifi devices will appear on the screen. The way to see the wifi password on your laptop right now is that you just need to click on the Wifi name for which you want to see the password.

Step 5: Continue to select Wireless Properties as shown below.

How to view Wifi password on computer using specific application as follows:

Step 1: Download the application to your device and open the ZIP file.

Step 2: After extracting, open the file and double-click the EXE executable file (if the file extension is hidden, open the WirelessKeyView application file). 

After the file has been opened, you will see a list of names of Wifi networks that have saved passwords and connections on the computer. You just need to click on the Wifi network name you are looking for and read the password.
