How can I preserve the formatting of formulas in ChatGPT?

Nowadays, teachers can utilize AI tools to support their teaching, such as creating tests on Gemini or designing lessons on ChatGPT. However, some formulas using special symbols often result in font errors when pasted directly from ChatGPT into Word. Manually converting ChatGPT formulas to formula format after pasting them into Word is very time-consuming. Below is a faster method to preserve the formula formatting.

 

How to keep the formulas from ChatGPT

Step 1:

After obtaining the formula-containing content from AI tools, we will need to enter a command to convert all of this content into markdown format .

Once you have the markdown content, you can copy the entire content by clicking the copy icon to quickly copy the exam questions.

Step 2:

Access the Bibcit website via the link below and register an account using your Google account .

You can switch the website to Vietnamese for easier use. Once you've created your account, access the main interface to start using it.

Step 3:

In the interface, click on the MassiveMark tool to start creating a document from the content created using the AI ​​tool.

Now we will paste the entire markdown content generated by the AI ​​into the Bibcit interface and then click Insert at the bottom.

 

Step 4:

Immediately, we have the content preserved with the formula as shown in the image. Bibcit also provides several tools for editing the content if teachers wish, as shown above.

Finally, we click Download and then select the docx format to download as a Word document, or we can choose a different document type if needed.
