How to delete Facebook Fanpage reviews

Star rating on Facebook Fanpage is a way for customers as well as people like your Page to comment, evaluate the content and product quality. Through the number of stars, customers will show their satisfaction and from that, the management of Fanpage will also know how customers have comments. The maximum rating will be 5 stars and the lowest is 1 star equal to the level of satisfaction.

Instructions to turn off rating on Fanpage

Note , the Fanpage Admin admin cannot delete review comments from customers so there will only be ways to turn off star reviews. Also can report reviews and wait for Facebook approval.

Step 1:

We access the Fanpage we are managing to delete reviews on Fanpage. Next, click Install . In the Settings interface, click Templates and Tab .

Step 2:

Switch to the side view, the management tabs displayed on Fanpage will be managed here, including Fanpage Evaluation . In the list, navigate to the rating section and click the Settings button next to it.

Step 3:

At this time display the content to reset Evaluation. To delete Fanpage review , we switch to Off mode . Finally click Save is finished. Thus, the reviews on your Fanpage will not be displayed.

In case you want to reopen the review for Facebook Fanpage , also go to the Templates and Tabs section, then scroll down and click Add tab .
