First, open the Charmbar Settings bar (hover to the right of the screen)> Settings> Change PC Settings:

The Settings screen displays, select the Personalize section and the Lock screen as shown below:

At this library, you will find a few pictures available for us to choose from. If you want to use your own photos, then click the Browser button> in the next window, select Files and point to the folder containing the photos you want to make LockScreen WallPaper:
