According to TeamViewer, the first step is to check the program connection log files on your computer. Depending on the operating system you are using, the way to access the files will vary slightly.

Access TeamViewer QuickSupport log file on Windows:

1. In the top right corner, click the toolkit icon (toolkit).

2. Next click Open Logfiles .

3. Open the file called ConnectionFirst.

Access all TeamViewer log files and Host Module on Windows:

1. Click Extras on the Menu.

2. Click Open log files .

3. Open the file named Connections_incoming.txt and Connections.txt.

Open log files on Linux:

1. Run the eamviewer -ziplog (with root) command.

2. Open the ZIP file.

3. Open the file named Connections_incoming.txt and Connections.txt.

Open log files on Mac:

1. Open the Console application (/ Applications / Utilities / Console).

2. Find Files => ~ / Library / Logs / TeamViewer.

3. Open Connections.txt.

The next step is to find the login on TeamViewer using the IP address. If posting your TeamViewer account is logged in another location, or from another IP address, it is likely that your TeamViewer account has been hacked.
