Move the image to the text area, then right-click on the image , select Send to Back , and then click Send Backward .

Step 1:

First, click on the Insert tab , then select Picture to insert an image into PowerPoint.

Step 2:

Select the image you want to insert into your content and then click Insert. The image will be inserted into your PowerPoint content as shown below. All the text will be placed below the image.

Step 3:

To change the image's position, right-click on the image and select "Send to Back ". There will be two different options: "Send to Back" and "Send Backward".
