Google Maps is updated with 25 million more destinations

Recently, Google has updated the Google Maps map application for both the phone version and the computer version.

The new update of Google Maps adds a huge data warehouse with 25 million new destinations and places, mostly destinations in major US cities like Los Angeles, Chicago, Miami, Houston and San Francisco.

In a statement, Google said: "This update process allows us to add more destinations and more complex map details than ever."

In fact, the update process for Google Maps is carried out simultaneously with the update process of the 3D map application "Google 3D Maps."
