Google Maps introduces wheelchair routes
Google Maps is getting better and better with a specially built new feature to help wheelchair users better navigate on public roads.
Many escalator systems are found at train stations and bus stations but to get information to navigate to these special places is not always easy, especially for people using vehicles. rolling.
By using the new feature on Google Maps, users can clearly define the route before leaving home, move easily and have fewer headaches in straying or searching for an escalator location.
Users can find wheelchair accessible routes in Google Maps by clicking on the destination, clicking on the "Options" button and then checking the navigation switch "Wheelchair accessible". Google Maps then offers precise routes for wheelchair users to meet their needs.
This feature may be useful for wheelchair users, but anyone with limited mobility, possibly due to injury, age or baby stroller, can be used. Starting today, the feature will be available in London, New York, Tokyo, Mexico City, Boston and Sydney, but Google said it is continuing to work with transport agencies to further expand the feature. this is in other places too.
