VinaPhone, Viettel and MobiFone, the three largest mobile network operators will officially deploy the network transfer service to keep the number of postpaid subscribers from 16/11/2018 to here. For prepaid subscribers, this service will be expanded after three months.

With this service, users can keep the number they are using when switching from one mobile network to another.

Network transfer fee keeps number:

The total cost to pay for a conversion is VND 120,000, including: VND 60,000 is the net fee, VND 60,000 is the fee for transferring to a new network.

Required for subscribers before performing network transfers to keep the number:

  1. Prepaid subscriptions: Registration of genuine information has been conducted and is operating in two directions (both listening and calling).
  2. Postpaid subscribers: Do not owe charges and have completed the commitment period of using the package at the time of network transfer keeping the number. Subscribers are still active in 2 directions.

How to convert digital network between networks:

Method 1: Customers come directly to the transaction point of the network operator who wants to convert, hold the sim card and original ID card.

For example: Transfer from Viettel to Mobifone, customers bring ID and sim Viettel to Mobifone transaction center.

Method 2: Customers can make online conversion at home by accessing the digital port switch of Viettel, Mobifone, VinaPhone network . These ports are licensed by the Ministry of Information and Communications and connected to National switching center network system.

Note:

After a successful network transfer has been made, all previous carrier services will be canceled.
