Facebook display errors were widespread, many users lost all their posts

At noon on April 16, many users reported losing posts on the social network Facebook. All content on the personal page has been lost, but images and statuses still exist in the bulletin board section.

Specifically, when accessing the personal page on the computer, users who encounter an error will see the message 'No posts', but when accessing on the phone, it will be blank.

According to experts on social networking services, this situation is completely random, the cause is unknown. It's the same account, but some people check and see that the posts are still complete, others see that the posts have completely disappeared. Error status on Facebook started appearing sporadically in the morning and gradually increased in the early afternoon. The problem is spreading across all platforms.

On DownDetector, a site that specializes in tracking problems with Internet services, from 10:00 a.m. the number of people reporting errors related to Facebook increased dramatically and by 1:00 p.m. the same day, the problem had still not been fixed.

Experts said that this is a system display error, so users should calmly wait for Facebook to fix it, and should not seek recovery services to avoid unjustly losing money.

Currently, Facebook representatives have not responded to the above information.

Most recently, many users around the world were suddenly logged out of their Facebook and Messenger accounts, unable to access them, seriously affecting user activities.
