Facebook adds an 'interested' button
We all know that besides the typical Like button, Facebook has other emoticons like favorites, haha, sad, wow and indignation. Soon, Facebook will add a new emoticon is interested.
Facebook says the new emoticon is a face holding a heart, which will help people feel connected and concerned during the Covid-19 epidemic season.
New emoticons will be added to Facebook's app and web version next week. And it can be used alongside previous emoticons.
Besides, another emoticon of interest will also be added to Facebook Messenger app. It was a fluttering purple heart. Messenger also has a heart icon, but users will be able to choose to switch to this new purple heart icon by pressing and holding on the old heart icon.
In the context of the ongoing Covid-19 epidemic worldwide, many people have to be socially isolated and at home to avoid the spread. Because of that, the number of Facebook users continues to rise. However, Facebook said the company's revenue was seriously affected, as advertisers no longer had to spend a lot of money on the epidemic situation.
