Translate text into other languages in Microsoft Word 2007

Follow these steps to translate text into another language:
Select the language you want to translate. If you want to select all text to translate but this text is very long, you can return to the card ' edi ' select ' select all '.
Click Review in the Menu bar
Select Translate on the Review tab
A language table will appear on the right, select the target language you want to translate. This is where you can choose the target language or the source language to translate.
The selected or blackened text will be translated in the lower part of the table. You can get the translation after you select the target language under the ' To ' option.
If the language you need to translate is not in the list of languages that have been added, click on Translation options and choose the language you need.
This useful feature in Microsoft Word 2007 is very convenient. However, it cannot replace the position of a professional translator because the translator has the ability to translate softer, more meaningful with their cultural and artistic insights. Therefore, you can translate documents with the translation program in the machine but will lack the depth and meaning.
