Temporary unblocking method SIM Viettel has not registered information
For Viettel subscribers who have not updated their personal information, they will be blocked from June 2. However, you can temporarily unblock it before going to register for personal information.
According to the previous notice, with Viettel subscribers who have not registered SIM information will be blocked one way from June 2. Subscribers who are blocked are those who have received 5 items that require registration of personal information, but have not updated their information on time. The time to block and cut each subscriber will be different.
In case the user has not been able to update the information immediately, it is possible to temporarily block the following ways:
- Compose syntax: MO send 195.
- Through My Viettel application.
- Call the switchboard 18008098.
Note , each subscription is only unlocked once. Within 3 days if you do not update the information will be blocked from use. So immediately after unlocking Viettel SIM, please quickly go to Viettel's service center points to update subscriber information.
