Instructions for adding Viettel prepaid subscription information right at home
Under the new regulation from Viettel, from April 24, 2018, all mobile subscribers must have accurate information (full name, ID card, date of issue and place of issue, .) including information about objects using that subscriber number and a portrait of the subscriber's portrait. This is the regulation stated in Decree 49/2017 / ND-CP, in order to manage mobile subscribers more closely to avoid the situation of garbage sim, and help to protect mobile subscribers' information better. To add the above information to subscribers, we often have to go to Viettel's transaction point to register, so it takes a lot of time. Note : The new regulation only applies Viettel network, other network operators have not applied this regulation.
To register information, you first need to download the latest version of My Viettel here:
- My Viettel - Simple, utility on Google Play Store
- My Viettel - Simple, utility on the App Store
After you download, open the application and log into My Viettel application. If you do not have an account, click on register to proceed to open My Viettel account for yourself.
Next on the main interface select your subscription icon as shown below.
Enter all the information that appears then confirm.
Add full information according to the instructions on the application
Confirm "I promise the information is correct", add a personal signature and the "signify" and send subscription information to Viettel for evaluation
If additional information is correct and updated by Viettel, we will receive a successful approval message from the beginning of 155. In contrast, if the information is incorrect or suspected of false information, there will be message refusing to approve through the number 155.
If the subscription information has been approved successfully, the customer can text TTTB syntax to 1414 to check the information. If the information is not approved, follow the instructions in the message denying approval.
