How to set up personal safety information on Android

Go to Emergency contacts to create emergency contacts so others can reach these contacts when you meet the rescuer. Tap Add contact to add emergency contacts as needed. You can add as many emergency contacts to this list as you want.

Step 4:

Finally, you click on Emergency info access . You need to enable Show when locked to use when locking the phone, you can still contact the emergency person you added.
