From the File Menu select Identites -> Add New Identites
After you click on Add New Identites, a window will appear and enter the name and select the Require Password box as shown below.
A message will prompt you to set a password and confirm the password:
Then Click OK the computer will ask you "Do you want to switch to Ten_Identity now?"
Click Ok. The installation process is complete now every time you use Oulook Express, you or someone else who wants to access must pass the Password.
Note: You must restart the computer to have the password valid
2. If you have preinstalled Account Email, please do the following:

From Menu File -> Identities -> Manager Identities
Then select Properties from the Main Identity section
Then select Require Password (You can rename Identity as shown below).
A message will prompt you to set a password and confirm the password:
Everything ends, select OK. Then restart Outlook Express. If not, restart your computer. But what if you want to change your password?
Also from File -> Identities -> Manager Identities -> Select Properties -> Change Password -> Enter the old Password to confirm that you are the owner of Outlook Express and enter the new Password to change.
