Mozilla reduced the speed of upgrading Firefox 9 browser
Because Firefox 9 has many errors, Mozilla technology company must reduce the speed of providing this browser to users.
Mozilla has significantly reduced Firefox 9's update speed - the browser it launched last month. Mozilla also said it could repeat this in the future.
Firefox 9 (released December 20, 2012) has not yet been provided for all users. Like other software manufacturers (including Microsoft and Apple), Mozilla can provide upgrades for a small fraction of users instead of everyone at the same time. This ensures that the download server is not overloaded, and to prevent errors - if there are any errors in the update - happens to all users.
Firefox 8 "exposed" on November 8, 2011. StatCounter (Ireland) said that five days after its release, Firefox 8 accounted for 40% of all versions of Mozilla's browser used, and 13 days later passed the 50% mark. Meanwhile, Firefox 9 only accounted for 7% after five days of launch and needed an additional 19 days to reach the 50% mark.
Reducing upgrade speed involves some bugs in Firefox 9 that Mozilla developers have investigated. Although Mozilla quickly released Firefox 9.0.1 a day after launching Firefox 9 (to remove code that made some Firefox 9 browsers on Mac, Linux, and Windows frozen), but they did not release the session. Firefox 9.0.2 version to patch any other errors.
