Google is rolling out the audio emoji feature to Google Phones. Users can play emoji sound effects such as laughter and drums when making phone calls. And the other person on the other end of the line can also hear the sound coming from the emoji. Below are instructions for using audio emoji on Google phones.
How to use audio emoji on Google phones
Step 1:
Open the phone application and then click on the 3-dot icon in the top right corner. Next, the user clicks on Settings in the displayed list.
Step 2:
Switching to the settings interface on the phone, we click on the Audio Emoji option below the list. Now users need to enable Audio Emoji to use.
Step 3:
You make calls as usual. Next in the call making interface, click Audio Emoji to select the emoji. The screen displays emojis with sounds for you to choose to use. We click on the emoji we want to use. You will immediately hear sound and animation displayed. Whether the other person turns on or not the sound emoji option on their phone, they will still hear the sound you used.
The audio emoji feature on Google phones is only rolling out to beta program participants. However, you also need to wait a while longer when this feature is updated or you can use the VPN application to switch to the US region if used.
