How to update IDM using Quick Updates feature

Use Quick Update feature in IDM

Download Internet Download Manager (IDM) latest version: Download IDM

Step 1:  Open IDM and when the software interface appears, select the Help tab . Then, hover and click Check for Updates .

Step 2: After checking the IDM version , a notification board will appear.

If IDM has not been upgraded, click Update Now . IDM will automatically download the upgrade to your computer in a short time.
 

Step 3:  After downloading, open the file to install. When the installation process is complete, a window will appear with a notification and ask you to click Finish .
 

With Quick Update, upgrading IDM becomes quick and easy. This helps improve download speed, add new features and fix bugs from the developer. Regular upgrades also help IDM overcome the limitations of old versions and be more compatible with new browsers. When using IDM to download music, videos, if IDM cannot catch the link, it may be due to the old version or you accidentally unchecked the download file type.
