How to save offline viewing content on iPhone
The bookmark feature on the browser will save the site for users to view when needed, but requires an Internet connection or WiFi. But with Keep Everything application, users can completely review the content saved on iPhone / iPad, without Internet connection.
Keep Everything features storing favorite content from links, images or text on Safari browser and can review anytime, even if offline device does not have network connection. The content when saved is stored on the application so users can open content in other devices via the Dropbox account synchronization function. Guide to viewing offline bookmarks on iPhone
Step 1:
Users click on the link below to download Keep Everything application for iOS or macOS.

- Download Keep Everything Mac application
Step 2:
Start the application as usual. The interface will first introduce the features of the application, click Next to skip. Then click the Dropbox Login button to save the highlighted content in the cloud service, or click Close to dismiss.
Step 3:
Next we proceed to add content to Keep Everything via one of two different ways. At the application interface click on the plus symbol and select the content to save including:
- Copied: Get the content in the cache.
- Web: Content is the website. The application opens the Safari browser on your device to open the website you want to save and then click Keep.
- Text: Save the new text or paste it.
- Photo: Save images available.
- Camera: Save the newly captured image.
The content you press save is displayed in the application's All interface.
To save from the Safari browser we also access the website that wants to save the content, click on the share icon below. Click on the Add box in the application line and then activate the Keep Everything application to use.
Now to save content on Safari to Keep Everything, just click the Keep Everything icon in the share.
Step 4:
Return to the Keep Everything application to review the archived content. Clicking on the saved content will have two display options, Article and Web.
- Article: Reader mode, only displays the main content and omits unnecessary components on the site.
- Web: Display content like web version.
Step 5:
In the content displayed in Article mode when clicking on the pen icon will transfer the content to a plain text style so you can edit the content if you want. Click Save to save.
Click the Aa letter icon to change the screen light, font, font size, background color, . Text i to view article information, trash to delete saved content.
When the device does not have WiFi connection, the saved content will be converted to html style, does not support watching videos, connection links, or other content such as when viewing content with network connection.
Step 6:
In the All interface there is a feature to group multiple content for more seamless viewing. Click Edit and select the content you want to group and click the Group text below. Then in the grouped article will show more numbers in the group as shown below.
In the reading interface, the number of grouped content will be displayed and 2 reading modes will be selected. To leave the group, click Edit and select the group, and click Ungroup below.
Step 7:
All saved or deleted posts are divided into different groups, click the left arrow to show the Categories view . If you want to retrieve the deleted article, click on Trask . When swiping from right to left select Delete to delete the post and Category completely with options to create a new category or click Inbox to remove from the trash.
Step 8:
Click on the gear icon to go to the Settings interface . Here are some options that you can change if you want.
- Auto Scrap: Automatically save content including images, links, web pages in the clipboard.
- Sync with Dropbox: Sync with Dropbox account to view content anywhere.
- Data: Extract and import contents saved into iTunes File Sharing backup file.
- Privacy: Add protection against access by PIN or Touch ID if the device supports.
After setting, click Done to save.
Basically Keep Everything on iPhone is like the bookmark feature on the browser, but you can read the saved content again when offline. Sync via Dropbpox function also helps users when reviewing saved content in any device.
