How to fix printing problems in Word

Basic test

First, you should perform basic hardware testing to make sure everything works well.

Here are a few things you need to check before seeing problems with Word:

1. Make sure the USB cable connecting the computer to the printer is connected properly. If it is a wireless printer, make sure the feature is turned on.
