How to open the Apple Watch control center
To access the control center, on the watch face, swipe up from the bottom of the screen. You can then continue swiping on the screen or use the Digital Crown to scroll through the icons in the control center.

How to add or remove an icon from the control center
Due to the limited display space and too many features, some icons are hidden from the control center of the Apple Watch by default.
To add a feature icon to the control center, first open the Control Center in the way just mentioned above, scroll to the bottom and click 'Edit'. Under the 'More' section, you'll see any hidden features. Hit the green 'match plus' button to add icons, then hit 'Done'.
