Step 1: Log in to your Gmail account, then click on the Options icon . Next, click on Themes.

Step 2: In the Choose your theme dialog box , the user should not select Supported Themes but instead click My Photos.

Then move on to the Upload image section.

Step 3: In the Upload image section, click on Select image from your computer. Alternatively, you can drag and drop the image you want to set as wallpaper into this dialog box.

Step 4:  Choose a picture of your wife, children, girlfriend, or lover as your Gmail background. Click Open to open the image.

Step 5: Once the image has been uploaded to the Gmail interface, click Save to complete the process.
