Fix CPU and 99% CPU overload errors on Windows
If your computer's fan is constantly running at high speed, your CPU is overloaded. This means your computer will slow down. That is really annoying if you don't fix it.

WmiPrvSE.exe
The process is fully named Windows Management Instrumentation , a built-in part of Windows that supports monitoring and troubleshooting of some computers in the same network. However, it is often out of control.
To check if this is the cause, open Task Manager and search for the WmiPrvSE.exe handler . If you see a CPU percentage higher than a few percent, and can't run any programs related to the functionality of this process, then this is the cause.
Microsoft has issued an official fix that could prevent this problem from being quite effective. However, sometimes this solution cannot be completely fixed, you cannot download it, try manually restarting the process manually. Use the search tool integrated in the Windows Start button and search with the Services keyword . You can check the programs by turning off this background in Task Manager from Windows Search or taskmgr.exe. By default, the Processes tab will show all running programs in the background. To avoid inconvenience, you should turn off all other programs before performing this operation. Note that these processes typically only account for 10% of the processor.
In Windows 10, open Startup in Task Manager.
For Windows 7, exit Task Manager and open msconfig.exe via Windows Search or the Run box . In the System Configuration window , open the Startup tab .
Now uncheck the unnecessary programs and click OK, then restart the computer. This will prevent these programs from starting.
Antivirus program
When scanning a hard drive, an antivirus program can consume a large amount of processor capacity. This does not affect new computers or high-end laptops, but it will be too much for older devices.
Fixing this error is quite easy. Almost all antivirus applications have a function that allows users to schedule automatic scans. Therefore, you only need to adjust the appropriate scanning time of these programs at the time of not using the device and you will no longer be bothered.
