To limit this situation, you should note:
- Blinking: Pay attention to blink your eyes more often, don't strain your eyes for too long to focus on your computer screen. Artificial tears can be used for eye support.
- Screen position: Need to position the screen on one side of the window, the sun is not shining on the screen or eyes. The screen should be placed 50-60 cm away from the eye, the center of the screen should be set lower than the eye range of 10-20 cm because the eyes will work more comfortably when we glance down to read or work closely, the keyboard should be placed eyes 30-40 cm.
To reduce the amount of radiation from the screen to the eye, filter the screen or use a liquid crystal display. Also need to regularly clean dust because much dust will reduce the contrast of the screen.
- Attention should be paid to adequate lighting at the place where the computer is located: turn off lights on the ceiling if too bright. If it is too dark, it is recommended to use a table lamp with a lamp, place the lamp in a position so that the light does not reflect on the screen.
- Adjust the font size of the text page to the ideal font size: 3 times the smallest font size we can read. Select black text on white background, or bold text on light background.
