Step 2: Copy and paste the command line # enable-lazy-image-loading into the search box to access the Enable lazy image loading section -> switch to "Enabled" mode.
Step 3: Do the same in step 2 with the # enable-lazy-frame-loading command line. Enable lazy frame conversion loading to "Enabled" mode.
Step 4: Restart your browser to start using the Lazy Loading feature.

After following the steps above, the Chrome browser will not load images or iframe at the parts of the web page that are not displayed on the screen, making the page loading speed increase, reducing bandwidth, saving mobile data when browsing.
