Just like on Windows 10 version for computers, you can completely change the text size, applications and other items in Windows 10 Mobile, depending on the needs and usage of each person. Here's how to do it.
Changing the text size, applications and other items in Windows 10 Mobile allows you to display more of the app's content and icons on the screen of a large device like the phablet, or You simply want things to be larger so you can see more easily.
Step 1 : First go to the Settings menu (swipe from the top edge of the screen down and press All Settings).
Step 2 : In the Settings menu, go to System > Display .
Step 3 : Drag the slider under Size of text, apps, and items on this display to the right if you want to increase the size, or drag to the left if you want to reduce the size of the display text, icons of the applications and items on the screen. By default, the size of text, applications and other items is 200% .
Step 4 : Finally restart the device as required to apply the change.
