According to Liliputting , the initial configuration of the new generation Dell XPS 13 is Core i5-3317U processor with 4 GB RAM. Machines use SSD 128 GB capacity. Meanwhile, the most advanced model is equipped with Core i7-3517U processor, 8 GB RAM and 128 GB SSD drive.
Dell XPS 13 owns a 13.3-inch screen with a resolution of 1366 x 768 pixels and an Intel HD 4000 Graphics card. It supports connections like Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 3.0, Intel WiDi wireless projection technology and mini DisplayPort port. In addition to the new processor, the XPS 13 ultrabook also has two USB 3.0 ports, far more than the previous generation.
The device uses 47 Wh battery that can operate continuously for 9 hours. The size of the machine is 31.5 x 20.5 x 1.7 cm. The new Dell XPS 13 weighs only 1.36 kg because the frame is made of aluminum, carbon fiber and magnesium.
Currently, users can pre-order and receive products at the end of October.
