This new MacBook Pro version will be thinner and lighter than the 15-inch MacBook Pro version. The new product will have two different versions with chips and different storage memory, put on the shelf immediately after launch.
Like the 15-inch MacBook Pro, the Retina MacBook 13-inch screen will be priced higher than Apple's regular laptops. Currently, the 15-inch Retina MacBook Pro starts at $ 2,199, while the Retina display is $ 1,799.
According to previously leaked information, the 15-inch version was codenamed D2, while the 13-inch version was coded D1.
