As planned, the next Windows version will be released in October, after Microsoft released Release Preview (almost complete version) next month.

However, the 'software giant' captain did not specify specifically among the 500 million Windows 8 users, there will be about how many of the upgrade types from the old Windows version, buying new built-in computers operating system or ARM tablet.
Ballmer excitedly expressed: ' Windows 8 will really open the path of revival for the Microsoft Windows operating system. This version is the most important part we have just completed. '

Ballmer CEO added that the Skype for Windows 8 application will soon be released, after Microsoft acquired the VoIP software company for $ 8.5 billion.
